Our company Fedman Development Corporation is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Telesales/Telemarketing, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of sales associate and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Become a complete real estate associate: advise, coordinate, and sell company properties

Create market studies within the trading location to fine competitors and become knowledgeable with the demand in the area

Assist with the marketing of the properties. Give inputs on the market to social media and ad marketers

Process documents such as the Contract to Sell, the Deed of Sale, other legal documents and paperwork necessary to close deals

Develop relationships with other sales agents to widen the range of the client reach

Make full use of company marketing channels: signages, social media channels and other digital channels, company headquarters, and other material to maximize the selling effort and to communicate the brand to the customers

Set sales quotas for goal-setting to sustain growth and keep on moving forward

Assist in administrative duties in the company
