Job Description

1. Under the framework of the company’s annual sales plan, formulate the development plan of the foreign market responsible for it, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of the plan, open up overseas markets, and develop, maintain and manage foreign customers.
2. Participate in the company’s domestic and foreign stone exhibitions, responsible for the preparation of exhibits before the exhibition, customer invitation, customer negotiation during the exhibition, and follow-up and development of customers after the exhibition.
3. Responsible for the company’s overseas branch customer visit reception, business negotiation.
4. Responsible for following up the customer’s inquiry processing: inquiry registration, inquiry reply and follow-up, timely handling and reply to the customer’s order needs and problems;
5. Customer resource development: in-depth development and follow-up of existing customer resources.
6. Inquiry and price negotiation, from the completion of the order, execute and track business in accordance with the company’s business operation process to ensure delivery in accordance with customer requirements;
7. Promotion of customer sales and communication and handling of objections, and completion of after-sales service of orders.
8. Assist in the implementation of the company’s trade business work objectives and work plans;

Job Qualifications

1. Familiar with foreign trade process, able to visit/receive overseas customers under the arrangement of the company;
2. Familiar with computer office software.
3. After training, be able to master the product knowledge of international business sales, and provide reasonable solutions according to customer requirements;
4. Experience in international market expansion, good at communication, and able to correctly understand customer needs;
5. Have good working habits, execution, organization, communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, serious and careful, have the habit of actively following up and promoting work, and have excellent ability to control and solve problems;
6. Excellent team spirit, high standard of professional ethics, strong centripetal force, loyalty to the enterprise.
