We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Development Representative B2B (No Cold Calling) in our company, XTRM Inc.. For candidates who reside in Manila City, Quezon City & Davao and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a contract system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Telesales/Telemarketing and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱50,000 - ₱55,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Quarterly Sales Bonus:
- Earn up to 55,00 PHP bonus per quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business via mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the XTRM API solution and identify appropriate prospects within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how XTRM’s API solution will speak to those needs.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Must be available to work US business hours.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years inside sales experience.
- Experience in Salesforce and Google Products (Sheets, Docs, Email, Calendar)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
