We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

• Conducts consistent market research to identify business opportunities, addressable market target customers, including studying competitors to determine how to best engage and empathize for successful collaboration with potential customers. Analyzing marketing data.
• Develop and maintain business relationship with potential and current customers for a long-term business partnership. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, consultant, designer, organization and developers.
• Responsible in planning, leading, organizing and controlling the whole department towards the achievement of achieving sales and collection target.
• Leads the whole team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting plan and strategy, analyzing data information, assigning areas / territories, clients to focus on to build strong business development, sales and marketing team align to target sales objective.
• Handling external communication.
• Developing and implementing marketing road map.
• Plan and oversee a broad range of activities, including advertising, digital campaigns, events, social media. Create new channels to reach customers. Provide content strategy.
• Establish and oversee implementation of business development and sales process from prospecting, identification of potential customer; make contact, reach out to build connection to find potential business lead; present the company and product accordingly that will suit project requirements; handle objections and turn into opportunities from finding ways to provide acceptable counter-proposal; lead sales negotiation to close the deal; provide assistance during sales activities and after sales for business continuance, to achieve goal of long-term business partnership.
• Assist the implementation / completion of issued Purchase Order and related terms as well as collection to assure customer satisfaction quality and timely deliverables to build long-term business partnership.
• Monitor customer accreditation, actively participates with various related industry events, networking and promotional activities.
• Perform other tasks / functions associated and as delegated / directed by the Management as the need arises.
