Job Description
A. Sales Generation
1. Provide support to assigned sales channel
2. Lead and execute channel strategies
3. Assist/organize sales events
4. Prepare and Cascade Sample comp, Latest Inventory Table, promos and other announcement
5. Monitor sales production and prepare required reports
B. Sales Reservation
1. Check of RS docs and submission to Amicassa
C. Seller Engagement
1. Implement activities to strengthen team bonding
2. Help create a supportive and exciting environment for sellers
3. Rally local initiatives to push sales
Job Qualification
1. Experience in Real Estate specifically handling of sales teams
2. Experience in documentation and computations
3. Has handled sales presentations and lead events
4. Tech savvy and proficient with online tools
5. Good communication skills both verbal and written
