Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Be self-managed, and plan independently.

• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases

• Participate in Daily standup, provide on-time updates, raise issues, and let the team know about any blockers

• Work closely with the Business Analyst, Developers, and Product Owners, in defining the acceptance criteria, estimating testing efforts, supporting user acceptance criteria, and ensuring on-time closure of defects

• Have good analytical skills, ability to identify missing requirements and drive discussions around testing needs with business users and BA

• Work with Developer and Infrastructure teamwork preparing any testing environment.

• Conduct demo, show and tell sessions with business users and other team members

• Categorizing issues into defects and enhancements and assigning them to the right team

Requirements:

Academic:

• IT or Business Degree qualified and significant relevant industry experience;

Experience:

• QA experience in Salesforce CRM (Essential).

• Experience across a range of test phases (Essential).

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (Preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and related methodologies (Preferred).

• Experience in automation testing (Preferred).

• Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic personality (Essential).

• Understanding of standard reporting tools, including standard ** reporting functionality.

• Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical in nature, with the ability to place customers first.

• Ability to demonstrate initiative.

• Solid time management and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to travel across Asia to support project testing if required.

• Can multitask both projects and BAU priorities
