The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱50,000 - ₱55,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Senior Inside Sales Representative will be in a team selling model, responsible for driving maintenance, subscription, and renewals within the client’s customers and partners.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior Inside Sales Representative will focus partner leads on new businesses and account mapping, This role will fulfill the headhunting criteria in terms of new business leads that came from existing partners to invigorate Ekahau’s presence in the region leading to more business opportunities with new partners.
Desired skills & competencies:
· At least 4 years of full sales experience (outreach, quote, close)
· Knowledge of CRM Tools (specifically: Salesloft, Salesforce)
· Prior Sales experience, including accurate forecasting
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Strong interest in a sales career
· Team player capable of working in a collaborative environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with partners to introduce Ekahau into new accounts
- Working closely with partners to create pipeline opportunities
- Working closely with partners to attach Ekahau to access point quotes and opportunities
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
