We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱91,000 - ₱120,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

A Senior Sales Manager is the primary Sale function of the organization who also not only perform the sale of existing products but also support product managers in executing strategies and penetration of new market segments.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess extensive experience in either achieving sales or has worked in the Power Industry in Philippines (Example MERALCO, CENPELCO, etc) This experience must be demonstrated during the interview as this role will be heavily focused in creating sales in Philippines Power Sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

·Identify and develop potential clients in the Philippines Power Sector.

·Strong business sense and Power industry expertise.

·Acquire thorough knowledge of respective accounts and their needs.

·Conduct regular planned sales visits of respective account and potential leads.

·Understand client requirements and ensure that products and services offered correspond effectively to their needs.

·Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management of Sales activities, Sales pipelines and all other assigned reporting tasks as required.

·Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

·Drive and support the execution of all Sale lifecycle processes for products and new products in pipeline.

·Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.


·Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

·At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales and has demonstrated experience in the Power sector in Philippines (Compulsory)

·Proven track record of success of performing the entire sales process from planning and closing in the Power sector in Philippines.

·Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

·Strong writing and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences.

·Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and perform daily sale activities with limited supervision.

·Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
