Provides oversight of all nursing operational requirements during the afternoon, night shift, weekends and during holidays. He/She ensures consistent compliance to safety standards in patient care. Responsible for the department’s staffing configuration taking into account skill mixing and patient care requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered nurse with at least nine (9) units in management and administration courses at the graduate level.
- Have at least four (4) years experience inclusive of at least 2 years administrative assignments.
- Member of good standing of the accredited professional organization of nurses.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate.
- With the ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement new ideas or systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
