We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of STORE SUPERVISOR (SM NORTHEDSA). For those of you who live in Quezon & Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Pierson Corporation, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years and up experience as Mall / Store Supervisor
- Knowledgeable in Selling products and over-all store operations or department store in a mall is an advantage
- Must have good people management, team player and can provide also techniques or strategies to gain more sales
- Solid knowledge in Inventory, Checking/ Receiving of Stocks, Daily Sales/ Remittance Report
- manages store operations by monitoring staff, sales organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports.
- Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
- Assisting customers and answering their product queries/ concerns
- Act as representative in taking Mall Admin Concerns
- Timely checking, Arranging, displaying and taking stock positions of our products
- Willing to be assigned in our Boutique in SM NORTHEDSA
