The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

The Storeman receives, checks and examines the inventory of stock that arrives in the site and storage area where stock is held. Incoming parts, goods, equipment, etc. are cross-referenced against the invoices to ensure there are no discrepancies.

The Storeman is responsible for…

Monitor stock levels of the parts store;
Advise parts coordinator when stock is low;
Interpret orders and identify parts to be delivered;
Pick ordered items from stock and arrange freight according to customer requests;
Assess safe limit for manual handling and correctly use lifting equipment for items that are over 25 kilos;
Clean and remove rubbish;
Packing and unpacking containers;
Collect workshop supplies;
Follow directives and obey work health and safety rules;
Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others;
Participate in quality improvement processes and initiatives by making suggestions for efficiency and effectiveness;
Cooperate in a professional manner with our clients, team, and management to achieve a harmonious and productive work environment;
Ad hoc workshop duties as directed

About you… (we are after the following experience, skills & traits):

You have at least 2 years as a storeman/person;
You are able to work independently and as part of a team;
You are efficient;
You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
You have a can-do attitude;
You have an eye for detail;
You have knowledge and experience using NETO, TNT Freight Portal, and Capital Freight Portal;
You have a current forklift and overhead crane license.

Other information:

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday 7 am to 4 pm
Office: Subic, Olongapo
