The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Purpose / Summary:

The Operations Strategy Manager will partner with Commercial Business’ Senior Leadership Team on a variety of strategic projects. They will also define and measure progress towards business goals for specific initiatives, and consult with Senior Leadership Team across the organization to determine what is working and where/how we should expand vs. not working and where/how we should scale back.

Major Activities / Responsibilities:

  • Manage the status and timeline of project deliverables, including project plans, requirements specifications, budgets, training plans, adoption and risk mitigation plans.
  • Assist in/conduct project management on strategy-related initiatives (initiation, scoping and planning, execution, and monitoring)
  • Aid in development of Commercial Business roadmap
  • Perform business process optimization activities and provide recommendations
  • Conduct risk assessments and cost benefit analysis
  • Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
  • Assess necessity for and document system and/or process improvements
  • Own/Evaluate a few strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate consistently/effectively with other members of the internal team whose departments would benefit from the project.
  • Work closely with Commercial Business’ SLTs to evaluate new opportunities, measure success/failure of existing initiatives, and tell the story of a strategic initiative in visual form to be communicated internally or externally.
  • Understand and interpret the business impact (benefit) of pursuing the initiatives.
  • Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company
  • Assist in performing risk evaluation and conduct risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience.
  • Assist in ensuring key strategic priorities are translated to actionable plans
  • Perform market research to support initiatives under evaluation
  • Assist in implementing the Portfolio Management Process through overall/high-level portfolio analysis and drafting recommendations for UW and Sales Teams
  • Conduct business-relevant analysis, recommend proportionate strategies to analysis results, and propose implementation measures and success metrics

Qualifications / Certifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 years business related course, preferably industrial engineering
  • Knowledgeable in lean and project management
  • Ability to tell a compelling business story through visual/professional mediums (powerpoint, keynote) and communicate finished product effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience building business cases and simple financial models
  • Ability to perform analysis on and uncover insights from data
  • Ability to own a project independently start-to-finish and communicate thoroughly throughout scope of project
