Tahche Outsourcing Services is looking for a Technical Customer Support to join one of our partner clients’ growing team. As a Technical Customer Support (eCommerce account), you are responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding service orders through phone, live chats, and e-mails. You must be able to document customers’ problems and inputs in the ticketing system and ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries and concerns by providing additional information to provide solutions according to the proper process.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid (Cebu-based) work set-up. If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service and Tech Support for eCommerce Accounts
- Knows how to read logs, understand query and backend technicalities
- Familiarity with Order Management Software/s, Shipment Tracking systems, and such
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs, analyze situations, and formulate timely solutions to their issues to retain customer satisfaction
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on all communication platforms to be able to address complaints accordingly
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Escalate customer concerns promptly as the need arises
