JOB DESCRIPTION:
- System Implementation (Procedure Manual/ Forms /Planning Tools)
- Preparation of technical support drawings (Compliance, blow-up plans, and other department request layouts)
- Tenant plans evaluation and safekeeping
- Update and safekeeping of Asbuilt plans
- Tools and equipment masterlist for DCD and Engineering
- Code of conduct adherence
- Needed materials/ supplies requisition
- Stories/ accomplishment submission or uploading
- Records and documents safekeeping (DCD & Engineering)
- L-RDS Feedback response
- Other duties accomplishment
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in Architecture, Interior Designer or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience as a Cad Designer/operator, outstanding fluency and skill within the Autocad program,
- Good knowledge in Autocad, Sketch up, and other software programs; familiarity with other design and presentation software.
- Excellent communication skills listening comprehension and feedback
- Candidates should display strong outstanding design and graphic skills.
- Excellent technical design skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding all relevant codes and regulations
- Capacity to handle pressure
- Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle peak work times.
