We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Brief Job Description:
- Implementation and monitor all maintenance management directions of the Engineering Head geared towards the efficient and sustained upkeep of the property
- Monitor the process of repairs being implemented by the mall engineer and his/her on site technicians or qualified contractors
- Monitor, remind and assist and mall engineers in the compliance of a local government requirements and laws in relation to the operations od the mall’s machineries and equipment.
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction work in supervisory capacity preferred.
- Willing to visit other CityMall/Residential branches for inspection and audit purposes.
- Knowledge in design and Autocad
- With knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance, including but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities.
- Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with PRC license.
