We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱20,000 - ₱28,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! · Support Sales with solution selling into prospect account base
· Responsible in conducting product promotion, technical presentations and demonstration using sales demo and paraphernalia as provided for to explain our company’s products or services to clients.
· Discussing Equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
· Collaborating with Technical Team to understand client requirements.
· Generating high quality sales leads and following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices and arranging deliveries.
· Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customer’s technical requirements and needs.
· Setting and achieving sales goal and quota.
· Shall be in charge of selling and collecting activities
· Sales are expected to conform and project the image of professional Avestronics sales staff, thereby upholding with utmost respect the policies, value system, culture and philosophies of the company.
· Prepare budgets and closely monitor financial accountability of sales team.
· Submits daily and weekly sales reports and commission reports for review and approval
· Submits Monthly Sales and Inventory reports
· In charge of the everyday business with the branch and works to manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
· Also responsible for maintaining merchandising standards as well as the branch upkeep.
· Must also understand, implement and enforce all policies regarding safety, client relations and more
· Oversee subordinate and staff to ensure that all financial, operational and sales goals are regularly met or exceeded
· Collaborate with upper management to create plans and set appropriate benchmarks for sales team
· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales team and take steps to correct performance.
