Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
  • With 3 Year(s) experience leading teams
  • Exposure and familiarization with chemical and paint process is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity in Luzon Regions is required
  • Must be able to drive a vehicle and with a valid Driver’s license card

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set the Sales 1-year operational and tactical plans for assigned area/s
  • Accountable for assigned area/s sales performance and monitor Sales Officer’s individual sales performance.
  • Determine area sales target and distribute appropriately to their respective Sales Officers
  • Regularly update market information and strategies of other competitors
  • Ensure proper implementation of activities through field work, coaching and management of day-to-day activities of Sales Officers
  • Maintains good and productive relationship with direct reports and facilitate open communication among employees
  • Conduct scheduled trade check on assigned area to ensure right product mix availability, proper inventory of products in the channel and area saturation
  • Implements the approved marketing plan in assigned area/s in partnership with the Marketing Team.
  • Ensure All Accounts in the assigned area are properly managed – Accounts receivable, Merchandise Placements, and others
