Our company Nezda Technologies, Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Cebu (Cebu City), National Capital Reg, Calabarzon & Mimaropa & Negros Occidental (Others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of wfh for usrn up to 70k salary with 100k signing bonus and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱55,000 - ₱70,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner on every case given based on the documents sent to be reviewed using the medical records for the procedures, inpatient stays, surgical cases, and benefit cases for every patient given.
responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of health care and health services provided to patients covered under the plan and ensuring that the quality of such care and services meets or exceeds medically accepted standards.
Assess records for any medical history and symptoms to use it as data in approving the case or sending it to a higher-level reviewer.
Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Nursing
Active PRC-RN License and US-RN (Mainland)
With at least 1 year of experience at the hospital bedside (ER, OR OPD, ICU, ward, etc.),
Good English communication skills
Strong customer orientation skills
